About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wok of Hakkas. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines;
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality food and service standards;
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and implement effective inventory management systems;
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction;
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement;
  • Prepare and submit reports on key performance indicators, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience;
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment, with a strong focus on leadership and staff management;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers;
  • A proven track record of maintaining high-quality food and service standards, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Salary Information
