Imperial Tobacco Canada - Territory Sales Manager Job

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our Commercial Marketing team in the GTA (Vaughan) location. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial and consumer performance within an assigned geographical area.

Job Description
  • Manage your territory to deliver volume and market share targets that contribute to achieving national, regional, and district-level objectives.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by leveraging digital tools and assets to maintain strong business relationships with retailers and staff.
  • Generate and maintain market demand of our multi-category products by ensuring adequate inventory levels, attaining distribution targets, reducing OOS, merchandising effectively, and ensuring a competitive price for the entire product and brand portfolios.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years' relevant work experience in a marketing-focused role.
  • Previous experience in an FMCG or a global organization.
  • Strong extra-curricular participation record.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business insights, strategic approach, and account management capabilities.
  • Energetic, driven, and autonomous.
  • Facility with digital tools and ability to interpret commercial data, identify business opportunities, and put plans into action.
