At Subway Restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language
