Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Tier 1 Assessments.

About the Role:
  • This permanent position offers an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed to meet deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release under government legislation.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing office work, and maintaining registration systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and responding to telephone or electronic enquiries.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in a private sector setting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and other technology tools.
