About the Role

Adeer Contracting Ltd is seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, applying successive coats of compound, and ensuring a smooth finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to meet project specifications
  • Apply coats of compound to seams and joints, and smooth out excess material
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in drywall installation
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment

As a Drywall Installation Specialist, you will work in various locations, performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
