About the Role

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking an experienced Analyst/Administrative Assistant to join our Communications Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide analytical support to senior leadership and confidential administrative assistance to the Executive Director and Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide data analysis and statistical reporting to support business decisions
  • Assist with research and data collection to inform business strategies
  • Coordinate meetings and events, and maintain calendars for senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track key performance indicators
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in a complex healthcare environment, with progressively more responsible administrative roles
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
