Job Summary

Sun Peaks Resort is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Clerk to join our team. As a Retail Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and disposing of trash
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store displays
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience
Requirements
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 10 kg and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
