Job Title: Sheet Metal Worker

Ridge Sheet Metal Co. is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling sheet metal products for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture and assemble sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Measure and mark sheet metal according to templates.
  • Operate metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape, or straighten sheet metal.
  • Grind and buff seams, joints, and rough surfaces.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specifications.
  • Cut materials using power tools or by hand.
  • Fabricate and assemble sheet metal parts.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. You will be working in a shop fabrication environment with various locations.
