Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Performance Manager to join our Technology Infrastructure team at Royal Bank of Canada. This is a full-time salaried position based in Toronto, Canada.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing financial leadership and management to the Technology Infrastructure team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Developing and implementing financial models and tools to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and drive process improvements.
  • Managing and analyzing complex financial data to inform strategic business decisions.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on financial performance management.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and manage complex financial models.
  • Superior PowerPoint capabilities and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results-oriented solutions.
