We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Parts Specialist to join our team in Moncton, New Brunswick.
Job DescriptionThis role involves placing new customer parts orders, following up on existing orders, confirming inventory availability, and responding to pricing inquiries. The successful candidate will have experience in outbound calling, using multiple web applications, and navigating various systems. Fluency in both French and English is considered an asset but not necessary.
- Initiate outbound sales calls to customers.
- Respond to parts pricing inquiries from customers through phone, email, and text channels.
- Fulfill parts order requests from clients accurately.
- Provide inventory availability and shipping times to customers.
- Assist other Brandt field staff members with parts support and assistance.
- Work with vendors to provide customers with various options for their parts requests.
$55,000 - $65,000 per year.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Experience as a multitasker able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- The ability to deliver high-level customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling customer parts requests.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in the agricultural industry or outbound sales is an asset.
