Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Trials Research Coordinator to join our team at Ozmosis Research Inc. As a key member of our clinical research support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance in conducting and coordinating single and/or multicentre studies.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining study files as per Ozmosis SOPs, tracking and processing documents, and ensuring the completeness of the Trial Master File (TMF).

You will also be responsible for preparing and updating study documents, generating reports, and assisting with general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  1. Maintain study files, track and process documents, and ensure the completeness of the TMF as per Ozmosis SOPs.
  2. Prepare and update study documents, generate reports, and assist with general administrative tasks.
  3. Assist with trial coordination and administration, including tracking site status and participating in internal or external audits.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, business)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical trials research or a related field
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic data capture systems
What We Offer

Ozmosis Research Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
