About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing high-performing teams, developing and implementing effective learning strategies, and building collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic learning initiatives that align with the bank's overall objectives
  • Manage and mobilize a dynamic team of professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure they achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet the evolving needs of employees and clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and industry experts to stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible insurance options, a generous pension plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
