Truman is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will support the marketing department by leveraging technical expertise to optimize CRM systems, automate marketing processes, and enhance overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee CRM systems, including the integration and optimization of marketing automation tools such as ActiveCampaign and Zapier.
  • Develop and maintain CRM automations to improve lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement automation processes that streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate on the execution of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Integrate CRM data with various marketing platforms and tools, optimizing lead generation and client tracking.
  • Develop and refine the AI customer service chatbot by improving its response accuracy, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms, and continuously updating its knowledge base to enhance customer interactions.
  • WordPress experience is an asset, aiding in website updates and content management as needed.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics and reporting process across digital advertising, social media, website visitors, and CRM activities.
  • Create dashboards and reporting tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies to optimize website content, improve search engine rankings, and drive organic traffic growth.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing automations, digital ad campaigns, and social media to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to present data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and campaign improvements.
  • Additional marketing and technical responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree and/or diploma in Business/Commerce, Marketing, or other related discipline.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in marketing automation and CRM management.
  • Proficiency with ActiveCampaign, Zapier, CRM tools and Search Engine Optimization.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Podio, Plecto and Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM Reporting Tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing reporting processes and tools.
  • Technical skills in automating processes and improving marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
