Job Title: Regional Manager

At Applied Industrial Technologies, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Prairies territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and execute sales and operational strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales and leadership experience in industrial distribution or a related field
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Knowledge of industrial distribution and sales principles
  • Fluency in multiple languages
