Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and prioritize patient care activities, including scheduling appointments and arranging patient tests
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charts and medical histories
- Provide administrative support to healthcare teams, including data entry and filing

Requirements

- Grade 12, medical terminology, and graduation of a recognized Nursing Unit Clerk program, plus one year of recent, related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
