Office Coordinator

At MAJHA EXTERIORS LTD, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our administrative team. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train other staff members to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Determine and establish office procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Plan and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a strong team culture.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage digital databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and make reservations as needed.
