Specialty Account Coordinator

- Develop Strong Customer Relationships: Foster meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs, patient journey, and gaps in therapy, and deploy solutions accordingly.
- Resource and Consultant: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and staff, providing guidance on guidelines, best practices, and connecting networks.
- Maximize Commercial Resources: Leverage commercial resources to grow customers' confidence in prescribing the product for appropriate patients.
- Partner with Local Teams: Collaborate with local GP reps and Product Specialists to ensure a holistic understanding of the therapeutic treatment paradigm, enabling coordinated and integrated customer engagement plans.
- Develop Comprehensive Call Plans: Create targeted call plans on high-potential targets, utilizing strategic vision and cross-functional inputs.
- Communicate Territory Activity: Accurately and timely report territory activity as directed by management.
- Develop Territory Business Plan: Develop a comprehensive and effective territory business plan to achieve and exceed annual goals established by commercial leadership.
- Compliance and Ethics: Promote the portfolio within approved labeling in a comprehensive, fair, and ethical manner, consistent with industry-specific and corporate legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of specialty field sales experience and/or account management, with demonstrated experience delivering outstanding results.
- Cross-Functional Experience: Proven ability to strategize within cross-functional teams, utilizing diverse resources to achieve business goals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong capabilities in integrating different channels to create an exceptional HCP experience, with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
