About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Stock Assistant to join our team at Zoe Logistics Company. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and dispatch goods, ensuring that inventory levels are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Stockroom Organization: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, ensuring that all goods are properly labeled and stored.
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick orders and stock, ensuring that all goods are accurately selected and prepared for dispatch.
  • Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage or defects, and report any issues to the relevant team members.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Environment: The warehouse environment can be dusty and noisy.
  • Work Setting: The role is based in a warehouse setting.
