We are seeking a seasoned Client Services Manager to lead our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4-7 individuals and reporting to our VP – Client Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Management: Build a high-performing culture, create clear expectations, and drive growth and development across the team.
  • Account Management: Assume ownership of client accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and build valued relationships with clients.
  • Project Management: Allocate projects, ensure workloads are balanced, and drive a proactive team attitude.

Requirements:

  • Industry Expertise: Previous experience working at an Expert Network company and a strong industry understanding.
  • Client Exposure: Experience working with Consulting Firms, Private Equity Firms, or Hedge Fund companies.
  • People Management: 2 years of experience managing a team in a sales, outbound, or KPI-led environment.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to converse and build rapport with clients and experts.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration and team skills, with integrity.
  • Drive & Tenacity: Self-confidence to work in a rapidly growing and unstructured business.
