Software Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Technical Support Analyst to join our team at NP Financial.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and software.
- Offer advice and training to users to resolve identified difficulties.
- Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Participate in the redesign of applications and software.
- Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
