Business Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, the Business Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. This role involves recruiting and hiring workers, preparing budgets, and monitoring revenues and expenses. Additionally, the Business Operations Manager will organize conferences and meetings, answer clients' inquiries, and maintain office supplies inventory. Key skills required include MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word proficiency. The ideal candidate should have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience. This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour workweek and a healthcare plan. The primary language of work is English.
