Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Advertising Production Coordinator to join our team at Rodeo FX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects from start to finish, including research, preparation of presentation materials, booking, scheduling, and pitch preparation.
  • Assist producers with research, booking, permissions, schedules, and production calendars.
  • Communicate with producers, teams, suppliers, and employees to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate project casting, including research, data sheets, and requests to agents.
  • Prepare fittings and shooting materials, including sets and costumes.
  • Coordinate legal documents, such as liability releases and insurance documents.
  • Assist with invoices and purchase orders with the Finance department.
  • Take notes at production meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position in advertising production.
  • Excellent knowledge of GSuite and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills.
