Job Description:Pricing and Revenue Optimization SpecialistThe successful candidate will oversee our company's financial transactions and revenue maximization efforts. This role will work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize revenue strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the Pricing & Revenue Management team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Devise a robust revenue management strategy and vision for a holistic revenue management framework and levers.
- Establish a differentiating pricing strategy, aligned with various business segments, that drives profitable growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
- 5+ years of revenue management, pricing, or analytics experience in the food and beverage manufacturing and distribution industry.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to positively influence others to promote change and achieve enterprise objectives.
- Process-oriented and analytical mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
