Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at INCAN BUILDERS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, planning and implementing recruitment strategies, and managing contracts and training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development

Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Recruitment and Hiring

Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the hiring process from start to finish.

Employee Relations

Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, prepare reports, and respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Training and Development

Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and oversee the preparation of training materials and programs.

Payroll Administration

Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Work Environment

Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury, and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure their effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a construction or related industry.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
