Supervisor - Meat Processing

As a Supervisor - Meat Processing at The Meat Factory Limited, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our meat processing facility. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Train and supervise a team of 5-10 people in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
* Prepare production and other reports to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
* Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
* Co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers to meet work schedules and deadlines.
Requirements:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fast-paced environment and attention to detail.
