Purchasing Officer Role at Wonderland Tech and Toys Ltd

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Officer to join our team at Wonderland Tech and Toys Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase equipment, materials, and services from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Consult with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms.
  • Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Plan and oversee operational logistics, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Support for Diversity and Inclusion
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion training programs to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
  • Provide awareness training to employees to promote a culture of inclusion and respect.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
