About the Role:

Dexterra is seeking a skilled Hospital Porter to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of hospital floors, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
  • Make beds and change sheets in patient rooms.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Provide basic information on hospital facilities to patients and visitors.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers.
