Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team, focusing on building robust data pipelines using Databricks. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll work closely with data scientists and engineers to design and implement scalable data solutions that drive business insights and decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain large-scale data pipelines on Databricks, ensuring seamless integration with feature stores and machine learning models.
  • Investigate and leverage Databricks' capabilities to implement real-time data processing and streaming, utilizing Spark Streaming and Delta Live Tables.
  • Collaborate with data science and reporting teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable models.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies within the Databricks ecosystem, sharing knowledge through brown bags, tech talks, and evangelism.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of industry experience in Data Engineering, including expertise in Spark and SQL.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Databricks environment.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with real-time ML systems within Databricks will be highly beneficial.
