We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Yard Holding Company. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing office policies and procedures, determining and establishing office routines, scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.
You will also be responsible for compiling data and statistics, responding to employee queries and complaints, ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Determine and establish office routines to maximize productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to minimize delays.
- Manage contracts to ensure compliance and optimize costs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Compile data and statistics to inform business decisions.
- Respond to employee queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate records.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum.
