We are seeking an experienced Executive Fleet Manager to join our team at West Coast Car Rental Inc. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are maintained, repaired, and replaced as needed.

About the Role

As an Executive Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a safe and efficient fleet operation
  • Developing and implementing effective vehicle maintenance schedules
  • Managing a team of fleet coordinators and mechanics
  • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and services
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is a strong leader and communicator. You will need to be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
