**Job Summary**
The **Retail Management Professional** at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services standards. This role supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate has prior retail and management experience, with a minimum age requirement of 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
