Job Overview
This Morning Chef position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team in a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. You will be working in remote camp settings, enjoying all meals and accommodations provided, as well as travel to and from site locations.

Compensation
The salary for this role is $21.72 per hour, paid on an hourly basis. This represents a competitive offer in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast for guests at site, creating and following menus to ensure quality of food prepared and served, ensuring consistent quality of standard in over-all food preparation, and maintaining proper equipment operation, safety, and sanitization in the kitchen. Additionally, they will be required to comply with food safety regulations and clean, wash, and sanitize equipment and work areas regularly.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience providing a hot breakfast service, preferably in large-scale cooking environments such as camps, banquet halls, or hotels. Experience with producing baked goods is also an asset. A current Food Safe certification and valid government-issued photo ID for travel are essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders or stairs, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive hand work.
