Transformational Enterprise Project Manager

As a seasoned project management leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing S.i. Systems' project management strategies and business processes.
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and driving transformation and excellence across the organization.
About the JobThe Director, PMO will oversee enterprise-level program management, ensuring efficiency, resource optimization, and alignment with the organizational roadmap.
This is a high-impact role that requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Build and lead the PMO function, defining and implementing standards, governance structures, and methodologies for projects and programs.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, translating business requirements into actionable plans.
- Track KPIs to ensure project success and measurable value, while identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align project plans with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management or related field.
- Advanced degree or certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, PROSCI, Six Sigma, Lean etc.) required.
- Proven experience 10+ years in project management with at least 2 years of transformational enterprise level project management.
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, etc.).
- Experience working in a matrix environment.
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
