Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Chrismat Management Inc.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, negotiating with suppliers, and addressing customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Staff Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising 5-10 staff members.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
