Job Title: Intermediate Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Intermediate Interior Designer to join our team at CHIL Interior Design. As an Intermediate Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior spaces for our hospitality and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design concepts for hospitality and residential projects, ensuring they meet the client's needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to ensure design excellence and project delivery.
  • Prepare and present design presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing your creativity and expertise.
  • Work with suppliers and contractors to source materials and finishes that meet the design brief and budget.
  • Assist in the development of 2D and 3D design concepts, including renderings and visualizations.
  • Contribute to the development of design standards and guidelines for the company.
  • Participate in design reviews and critiques to ensure design excellence and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in hospitality and residential interior design.
  • NCIDQ certification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for design and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
