Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Travelodge by Wyndham Winnipeg East. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries, while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Cash Handling: Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on customer service and front desk operations.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
