Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Dasher Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery.
Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute the production of baked goods, including preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and customer orders.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and manage a team of bakery staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
- Sales and Merchandising: Oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods, including developing strategies to increase sales and improve product visibility.
- Government Programs: Ensure compliance with government programs and regulations, including recognized employer status.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
