Salary
The estimated salary range for this Registered Nurse position is $41.42-$55.91 per hour, based on location and experience.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Post Anesthetic Recovery Unit at Lions Gate Hospital in North Vancouver, BC. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill clients in post-anaesthetic recovery, working independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Broad knowledge of nursing theory and practice within a client/family-centred model of care
- Completion of a recognized critical care nursing program or two years' recent, related critical care experience
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Demonstrated ability to assess and manage critical and life-threatening situations
- Demonstrated physical ability to perform the duties of the position
