Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Ontario Ltd. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen operations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Maintain inventory and record food and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Hire and train kitchen staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
Requirements
  • Completed high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three-year apprenticeship program or completion of a college or other cooking program.
  • Food safety certification or relevant experience.
Job Terms
  • Wage: $18.00 per hour.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week; Full-time, permanent position.
