  • Collaborate with our Actuarial and Claims Departments to ensure accurate and timely policy evaluations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our underwriting practices remain best-in-class
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Personal Lines Underwriting experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team
  • Experience with overseeing change management
  • Completed, or pursuing your CIP or FCIP designations
  • Strong customer service background
