Salary
We offer competitive wages, with hourly rates starting at $52 per hour and upwards based on your experience. You will also be eligible for incentives up to 7.5% of your regular base earnings.

Job Description
In this exciting role as a Pharmacist, you will play an essential part in the quality and safety of our patients' medications. Your primary responsibilities include:
  • Filling prescriptions, evaluating their appropriateness, and maintaining records according to Alberta Pharmaceutical Association guidelines.
  • Providing information and patient-orientated advice on prescription medication, over-the-counter products, and self-medication.
  • Administering injections and vaccinations, and being aware of Calgary Co-op Pharmacy contracts, customer care, and service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must have:
  • A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSc. Pharm).
  • Licence and registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacists.
  • Superior patient relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Authorization to Administer Medications by Injection.
  • Prior retail pharmacy experience is desirable.
