At Roland Construction, we are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Information Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including opening and distributing mail and other materials.
  • Meeting and Event Planning: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and respond to employee questions and complaints.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

This is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of office procedures and routines.
