About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Budtender to join our team at Circle K. As a Budtender, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist all customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Stay up-to-date on products, offers, and specials to provide comprehensive knowledge and accuracy to customers
  • Process and file member paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain sales goals and adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures
  • Ensure a clean and tidy store environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous retail or customer service experience; cannabis sales experience preferred
  • Be at least 19 years of age
  • Polished professional with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Works well with others, alone, and with little supervision
  • Knowledge of/ability to learn about cannabis plants, strains, and products
  • Strong attention to detail and positive attitude
  • Comfortable working variable shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable lifting and unpacking boxes that may weigh 5-30 lbs
