Job Description:

DXC Technology Deutschland GmbH is seeking a talented GenAI Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our AI division, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions in the field of Generative AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute experiments to validate AI-driven insights and predictions
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Data Science to inform and improve our approaches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and requirements
  • Participate in the development of AI-driven tools and applications
  • Analyze and interpret complex data and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of data pipelines and data management strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics), Master's or Ph.D. is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, LLaMA, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of the challenges and requirements to develop ML solutions
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis
