Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our body repair shop team. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality control, and providing guidance and support to your team members.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and a proven track record of supervising teams. They will be able to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and other stakeholders, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
In this role, you will also be responsible for preparing production reports, recommending productivity improvements, and coordinating work activities with other departments.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train automotive technicians and motor vehicle mechanics
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Will train in supervisory skills
- Criminal record check
- Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
- Client focus, flexibility, organized, and team player
