About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Systems Executive to join our team at Mcewan. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our transportation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to ensure efficient and effective transportation services.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to drive business growth and success.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure the organization's financial stability and integrity.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions to promote our interests and values.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to drive business success and growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
