Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at 645890 BC Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food services.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures
Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Conduct Performance ReviewsEvaluate the performance of food service staff and provide constructive feedback to improve service quality.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Operations Planning and ControlPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Fast-Paced Environment
Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Work Under PressureWork under pressure to meet customer demands and deadlines.

Demonstrate a strong client focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Experience and Education- 1-2 Years of Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food service operations or a related field.

English LanguageFluency in English language is required.
35-40 Hours per WeekWork 35-40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
