About the Role

United West Mississauga is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and account management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with tailored solutions to their needs and concerns.
  2. Product and Service Knowledge: Utilize in-depth training and extensive knowledge to accurately address customer queries and recommend appropriate products and services.
  3. Sales and Revenue Growth: Demonstrate the benefits of our services to customers and increase sales revenue through effective educational techniques.
  4. Order Processing and Documentation: Document and process customer orders meticulously in our systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Team Collaboration: Attend daily meetings and weekly training webinars to stay updated about changes and improve program knowledge, systems, and processes.
  6. Reporting and Insights: Report directly to the Account Management team, providing valuable insights to enhance customer satisfaction, establish goals, and develop new sales skills.
  7. Performance and Professionalism: Strive to master assigned duties and achieve outstanding performance, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  1. Proven Track Record: Demonstrates a track record of proven excellence in communication and customer interaction through previous experience in sales, customer service, support, or client acquisition.
  2. Exceptional Skills: Possesses exceptional organizational, written, and oral communication skills, which can be effectively utilized in a professional work setting.
  3. Dynamic Environment: Is passionate about working closely with people and is comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  4. Key Qualities: Displays key qualities such as empathy, responsiveness, patience, conscientiousness, and a customer-centric mindset.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Has excellent interpersonal skills and is adept at building relationships with people through meaningful conversations.
  6. Background Check and Availability: Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check as part of the hiring process, be available to work full-time, and commute to the office daily.
