As a Maintenance Supervisor for Heidelberg Materials, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $84,430.00 - $116,080.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our equipment and facilities to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
This will involve scheduling and supervising maintenance crews, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
You will also be responsible for managing maintenance budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of mechanical repair and maintenance experience, ideally in a heavy industry setting.
Prior supervisory experience is preferred, as is knowledge of SAP or other similar systems.
You will also need to have effective interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead others with or without direct authority.

Work Environment
The role operates in a manufacturing environment with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, elevated noise levels, and dusty conditions.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of mechanical repair and maintenance experience, ideally in a heavy industry setting
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead others with or without direct authority
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP or other similar systems preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
