Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced office manager to lead our administrative team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to maximize their skills and abilities
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and report preparation
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as an office manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and must be able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
